Menu Re-engineering

In recent years, I have been fascinated with incorporating psychology into design, particularly with restaurant menus. Taking into consideration human behavior and things like how our eyes scan menus, it has informed my way of designing using tactics and improving strategy to help restaurants increase sales without having to necessarily raise their prices.
