Just before the COVID-19 Pandemic, the owners of Chamorro Grill sought to revamp and rebuild select aspects of their brand. I was able to assist by creating a new website, re-engineering their menus, polishing elements of their brand, and developing new products. This effort contributed significantly to the restaurant’s survival during the pandemic where similar restaurants unfortunately had to shut down.
